Individuals must be
energetic, enthusiastic, fun loving, and enjoy working with children.
Those interested should have an athletic background with hands-on experience
"spotting" and working knowledge of either gymnastics,
tumbling, or cheer. Ability to spot cross-tumbling skills a plus!
